Welcome to The Dent Schoolhouse. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of dentschoolhouse.com and other websites, forms, and online services operated by 1031 Productions, LLC, doing business as The Dent Schoolhouse (“Dent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Ticket purchases and attendance are also subject to the additional policies linked below.

Website Use

The information on this website is provided for general information, ticket purchasing, and customer-service purposes. Event dates, operating hours, prices, attractions, scenes, actors, policies, and other offerings may change without notice.

You may use this website only for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• Introduce viruses, malicious code, or other harmful material.
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect content or personal information without authorization.
• Copy, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit website content without written permission.

We may restrict or terminate access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect our guests, business, property, systems, or legal rights.

Ticket Orders

Ticket availability, dates, arrival windows, prices, taxes, and applicable fees will be displayed during the purchase process.

Tickets are limited, revocable licenses valid only for the event, date, arrival window, ticket type, and experience shown on the ticket. Tickets may not be duplicated, altered, counterfeited, or obtained through fraud or an unauthorized resale channel.

Timed tickets do not guarantee immediate entry or a particular wait time. Guests arriving outside their scheduled arrival window may be admitted only as capacity and operating conditions allow.

All ticket purchases are governed by our Ticket Purchase Terms and Guest Agreement, which is presented during checkout.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Event Changes

Except as stated below or required by law, all ticket sales are final.

Refunds or exchanges are not ordinarily provided because of:

• Personal scheduling conflicts or failure to attend.
• Late arrival.
• Wait times.
• Weather while the attraction remains open.
• A guest’s decision not to participate.
• Fear, discomfort, or dislike of the experience.
• Removal or denied admission resulting from a policy violation.
• Changes to actors, scenes, routes, effects, entertainment, or individual attraction components.

The Dent Schoolhouse is a live seasonal event. We may adjust operating hours, routes, scenes, actors, effects, or capacity; temporarily pause operations; or close part of the property when reasonably necessary because of weather, safety, security, maintenance, staffing, government action, or circumstances beyond our control.

If we cancel an entire ticketed event and do not reschedule it or provide a replacement date, the original purchaser will be eligible for the remedy stated in the cancellation notice. Third-party processing, delivery, insurance, or resale fees may be nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law.

Attraction Rules and Warnings

The Dent Schoolhouse is an intense haunted attraction. Guests may experience darkness, confined spaces, crowds, uneven or changing surfaces, stairs, ramps, moving or tilting floors, sudden noises, startling actors, theatrical fog and scents, bubbles or foam, wet surfaces, flashing and strobe lights, low visibility, graphic imagery, and physically demanding walking.

Guests must review our Attraction Rules, Warnings, and Accessibility Information before purchasing and entering.

Admission is subject to compliance with all posted rules, staff instructions, security screening, prohibited-item restrictions, and chaperone requirements. Guests who violate these requirements or create a safety, security, operational, or guest-experience concern may be denied entry or removed without refund.

We want guests with disabilities to have meaningful access to the experience. Guests who may require a reasonable accommodation are encouraged to contact us before purchasing when practicable.
